1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with f9ph, accessing the Platform, or using any services offered, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

f9ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access the Platform, or participate in any real-money gaming activity offered by f9ph. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulation and applies without exception to all users in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. f9ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The services offered by f9ph are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your place of residence and physical location.

2.3 Account Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only with f9ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. f9ph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the Player will be closed immediately, and all funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.

During account registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details (mobile number and email address), and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. f9ph reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any transactions, bets, or withdrawals made using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify f9ph customer support immediately. f9ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your f9ph account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. f9ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as specified on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. f9ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You acknowledge that deposit funds are intended for gaming purposes and may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements (if applicable) are satisfied.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, and daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative payment method registered in your name.

f9ph strives to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) hours during regular business hours. However, processing times may be extended if additional verification is required, if suspicious activity is detected, or during periods of high transaction volume. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take an additional one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Before your first withdrawal, f9ph requires completion of KYC identity verification. You must submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the f9ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider or financial institution. f9ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Acceptance

f9ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, expiration dates, and game restrictions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. Bonus terms are published on the Platform's Promotions page and take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in the event of any conflict.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x). For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱3,000 before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Full contribution percentages are disclosed in the applicable bonus terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

f9ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; colluding with other Players; using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other activity that exploits bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Players found guilty of bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently closed.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the f9ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness and randomness. Random Number Generator (RNG) games undergo regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Live dealer games are operated by certified studios and are conducted in real time by professional dealers, with outcomes determined by genuine physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls, etc.).

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game will return to players over an extended period of play. Actual results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP over short play sessions due to variance and random chance.

5.2 Betting Rules and Acceptance

All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and funds will be returned to the Player's account. f9ph is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or errors in game software provided by third parties.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. f9ph reserves the right to void or adjust bets if there is clear evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other irregularities affecting the outcome of a sporting event.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f9ph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of corrupt activity;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profits at the expense of the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your true location;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity using the Platform.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Player Welfare Commitment

f9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Players. We recognize that while the vast majority of Players enjoy online casino gaming as entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. f9ph takes this responsibility seriously and provides a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will be displayed when your session limit is approaching, and the session will automatically end when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications showing the duration of your current session and your net gaming balance for the session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the f9ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of f9ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of f9ph.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

f9ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. f9ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, as required by law, and with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, game providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by f9ph

f9ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity;
• You have provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• You are, or have become, ineligible to use the Platform under applicable law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Upon account termination for cause, f9ph may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real money balances deposited in good faith will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable investigation costs, charges, or amounts owed to f9ph, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

9.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting f9ph customer support. Upon receipt of your closure request, f9ph will process any outstanding withdrawal of your account balance to your verified payment method, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and no investigation is pending. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms and Conditions that arose prior to closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f9ph's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms and Conditions, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your f9ph account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f9ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if f9ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless f9ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Platform, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by f9ph may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official regulatory channels available at PAGCOR's official government website. f9ph cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and complaint procedures.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and f9ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by f9ph of any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
